We decided to go for a drive today into North Wales as the weather was bright this morning, i was organised too and had 2 machine's of washing out before we left. What a bad idea that was, it was sunny on the way down but as soon as we decided where we were stopping for lunch, it started to rain. Another driver even gave me his car parking ticket as it had loads of time left on it which saved me buying one myself, was very pleased to see such generousity. we managed about 10 minutes on the beach after lunch before the rain started again, was really pleased to see that Callum liked the sound of the water and looking around everywhere. We had to make a quick dash for the car though again as it started to rain. Not long after we made it back the sun came out again so we took him onto the beach again and let him put his toes in the sand, he loved curling his toes to feel it.
As we drove back it was raining again and i was told that it had pored down in manchester so my washing was wet through when i got it in tonight. Never mind will have to try to get it dry tomorrow
Overall a very enjoyable, relaxed day out.
My thought for Lsned how i appreciate having a car and being able to drive as i can make trips on the spur of the moment.
Also I decided that I learnt that i need to treasure every moment as it was Callum's first time on the beach and his face showed it all!
